Stark Logic Franchise Services Pricing

The following is a price list and breakdown of fees for different areas of service provided by Stark Logic. These fees are basic fees and do not take into account custom programming that is done specifically for your franchise.

National Consumer Web Site Design
National corporate web design includes an analysis of their current web site structure and a proposal for changes to make the web site more user friendly and more search engine friendly. Final pricing is dependent on overall scope of work. Basic pricing levels are:

  • Basic web changes – $1,000 – $5,000
  • Web site redesign and search optimization: $5,000 – $12,000
  • Advanced Web design, programming and search optimization: $12,000 – $19,000

Pay Per Click Management
Pay per click marketing through Google’s Adwords system includes setting up the campaign, landing page design and analytics. Specific campaign includes:

  • Creating a marketing driven landing page
  • Setting up goal conversion tracking
  • Integrating call tracking phone numbers
  • Setting up email forms and testing with destination email address
  • Integrating email forms with 3rd party CRM software (like FranConnect, Process Peak, Sales Force, Emaximation)
  • Keyword analysis
  • Setting up Google Adwords account
  • Creating up to 3 different keyword campaigns
  • Creating up to 3 different ads for each campigns (Ad copy)
  • Setting Bids and Budgets based on Client’s budget
  • Setting up monthly reports

Franchise Micro Web Sites
The pricing estimates assume that the franchisors are paying for the software and licensing out of a general marketing and technology fund.

Set up Fee: $4,900

  • Phase I – Discovery
    • Stark Logic to get existing marketing materials and logos
    • Client meetings to review branding and existing branding
    • Review discovery document to determine required modules and other web sites the Client likes to determine art direction
    • Development of scope of work for the micro site design
  • Phase II – Design of web site concept
    • Stark Logic to create a look and feel of the franchisee web site
    • Additional concepts to be created for the Client if the initial concepts do not satisfy Franchise requirements (set up includes 2 concepts – additional fees would apply for additional concepts)
    • Unlimited changes to one approved concept until this is approved by the Client
    • Final approval of concept with color schemes, layout and navigation
  • Phase III – Development of Web Site
    • Create a development environment online
    • Slice design and integrate into WordPress software
    • Create navigation tabs and applicable dropdown menus
    • Work with Client to obtain all content for the site
    • Integrate all applicable plugins.. Standard plugins include:
      • Contact Form – form to allow visitors to contact franchise by email form
      • Captcha Code – Integrates with contact form to prevent form spam
      • SEO Plugin – allows us to optimize the web site for targeted keyword phrases
      • 301 Redirect – allows Stark Logic to redirect existing pages of a web site that are indexed by Google so any existing pages would still be ranked in the search results
    • Add all content for all pages per the Client’s marketing department
    • Integration of strategic calls to action
    • Integration of web site with any CRM software, online ordering software or any other 3rd party systems (like Listen 360 Testimonials)
    • Completion of web site and approval by Client
  • Phase IV – Integration of SL Micro Sites
    SL Micro Sites is Stark Logic’s proprietary system to replicate the web site and provide overlying management framework for Client to manage all sites

    • Determine management domain name (like www.franhisems.com) and reserve on Godaddy or other registrar
    • Installation of software on Client’s VPS hosting platform and assign with domain from above
    • Upload new wordpress web site
    • Slice new site into sections that can be modified globally or by franchisee
    • Client to determine what sections of the web site will require workflow approval
    • All plugins to be added to management system including SL Micro Sites and Workflow Process
    • Test replication system and create up to three new franchise web sites

Franchise Micro Site Pricing
The system includes setting up 3 units. After the first three units there is a set up fee for new units. Set up fee includes:

  • Replicating the web site from approved site
  • Changing the address for the new location and adding a Google Map
  • Adding the address to the contact page and footer of the site (for Google Plus Local optimization)
  • Creating a login account for the location owner to manage the content
  • Adding a Call tracking phone number (if applicable)
  • Creating and integrating Google Analytics account
  • OPTIONAL: Creating and inserting unique content for each page
  • Basic set up is $200 for each unit and $400 if we are adding unique content
  • Configuring email account for the contact form and testing to make sure Franchisee is receiving email contacts
  • Contact Franchisee and provide training on how to manage/change content

*Set up for new units is $400 for units where we are adding unique content to every page of the sites

MOBILE PROGRAMMING
In order to be compatible with all mobile devices, the franchise has the option of paying for a responsive design which is already built to be mobile friendly OR a separate set up fee for mobile web sites.

Responsive Design Programming
If the franchise chooses responsive programming, there is an additional fee of $1,000 for the programming. This is on top of design fees. With this option, all web work will automatically be visible on all devices.

Mobile Web Sites
If the franchise does not choose the responsive programming, we will have to create separate web sites for mobile devices. In this scenario, someone going to a web site will be redirected to the mobile web site. For this option, each mobile web site will cost an additional $200 to set up. Hosting would remain the same.

Web Site Hosting Services
In addition to programming and design, Stark Logic also offers hosting services. The hosting services provided are for the micro web site system, corporate hosting and franchise sales hosting.

Micro Web Site Hosting:
As part of the micro site system, the software would be managed and hosted by Stark Logic. This would be part of the monthly fee. This hosting fee is a for a shared hosting environment where their system would be hosted with other web sites. If the Client wants to have a dedicated server for their web sites only, the cost is an additional $500/month.

Corporate Web Site Hosting:
If the Client would like Stark Logic to host their corporate web sites, cost for web site hosting is $100/month. This includes up to 10 email accounts. For more email addresses, additional fees would apply. This includes hosting the domain, database and analytics for the account.

Franchise Sales Web Site Hosting:
If the Client would like Stark Logic to host their corporate web sites, cost for web site hosting is $50/month. This includes hosting the domain, database and analytics for the account.

Email Hosting:
Web site hosting for the franchisees does not include email accounts at their domain. The franchise can purchase a very inexpensive email package from Godaddy and we can set up the emails for them there.

Franchise Sales Web Sites
This scope of work includes the design and coding of a separate franchise sales web site for the franchise. Specific design features include:

  • 6 Page template web site
  • Design integration with logo and marketing copy specifically geared toward the franchise/business opportunity
  • Setting up goal conversion tracking
  • Integrating call tracking phone numbers
  • Setting up email forms and testing with destination email address
  • Integrating email forms with 3rd party CRM software (like FranConnect, Process Peak, Sales Force, Emaximation)
  • Keyword analysis
  • Integrating Google Analytics for traffic analysis

Pricing is based on different page counts and services

The scope of work is to use one design layout and change the logo and text for the site. The additional pages would come in the form of dropdown buttons in the navigation. Additional fees would apply for custom web design outside of the template.
